Can I skip a month or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We’re flexible. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. No hassle, no guilt trips.
What if I don’t like something in my box?
Let us know! We’re built on feedback. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll make it right—either by swapping it out in future boxes or offering an alternative.
Do you offer products for sensitive skin?
Yes—we select ingredients with all skin types in mind, including sensitive skin. Our formulas are simple, effective, and free of unnecessary harsh chemicals.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship within the United States. Subscription boxes are mailed once per month and are scheduled to arrive by the 1st of the following month.
If you place your order before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive the current month’s box, and your next shipment will arrive by the 1st of the following month.
If you place your order on or after the 15th, your first box will be part of the next month’s shipment, which will also arrive by the 1st.
This schedule helps us ensure every customer gets the freshest products on a predictable timeline.
