When you make a purchase or subscribe, you're agreeing to provide accurate information and pay for what you order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (especially if something weird is going on with payment or inventory).

You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent’s permission to make a purchase.

📦 Subscriptions:

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled before the renewal date.

You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us at support@peakgroomingbox.com.

Charges will occur automatically each month unless your subscription is canceled.

💸 Prices & Billing:

Prices are listed in USD and may change over time. We’ll always notify you in advance if pricing changes.

We accept major credit cards and secure payment gateways like Shopify Payments or Stripe.

If your payment fails, your subscription may be paused until it's resolved.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery:

We currently ship within the U.S. (more to come later!). Shipping times may vary but we'll always try to keep you in the loop.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or gremlins are unfortunately out of our control, but we’ll work with you if something goes sideways.
