Due to the nature of personal care items, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

15. Refund Policy(Optional)(Optional)
We want you to be happy with your PeakBox—seriously. But since we deal with personal care products, returns are a little tricky.
🚫 All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of grooming products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
📦 Something Wrong With Your Order?
If your box shows up with the wrong item, something broken, or an issue we missed, we’ll fix it—no hassle.
Just email support@peakgroomingbox.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A photo of the damaged/incorrect item (if applicable)
We’ll take care of you.
⏱ Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime before your next billing date. Once a charge is processed and your box is shipped, it can’t be refunded.
